Role Overview: Assistant Manager – Finance

Location: Noida, India
Department: Finance
Job Type: Full-Time

Sinch is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance who will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the financial operations of the India team. You will be a key contributor to financial reporting, compliance, audits, and analysis—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial standards. The CTC will be provided 10-12 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
  • Generate Monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports for internal and external use.

2. Audit Coordination

  • Support internal, statutory, and group audit activities.
  • Compile and maintain required audit documentation.
  • Respond to auditor inquiries and assist in implementing suggested improvements.

3. Accounting Operations

  • Oversee daily financial functions like accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments and customer collections.

4. Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to tax laws, accounting principles (Indian GAAP / Ind AS), and internal company policies.
  • Stay current with evolving financial regulations and legal updates.

5. Financial Analysis

  • Conduct variance analysis and financial reviews to identify key trends and improvement areas.
  • Present actionable insights to management for strategic decisions.

6. Process Optimization

  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve financial workflows and automation.
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and reduce manual efforts.

7. Collaboration Across Teams

  • Partner with cross-functional departments like Sales, Legal, HR, and Operations to provide financial clarity and support.

8. Special Projects

  • Participate in financial projects as directed by the Finance Manager or CFO, including budgeting, cost optimization, or system enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial reporting practices.
  • Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and budget forecasting.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with financial tools like Tally ERP is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • The training will be provided by the company.
  • Timings are strict as per the Company guidelines.
