Role Overview & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Willingness to learn new technologies, building on foundational networking knowledge.
- Diagnose and contribute to resolving network-related issues effectively.
- Work under guidance to ensure quality outcomes are delivered.
- Participate actively as a team member in various projects or assignments.
- Develop more advanced networking skills and gain hands-on experience with tools and concepts.
- Maintain a customer-first attitude along with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Gain and apply knowledge in Routing & Switching, Data Centers, Wireless Networks, Security, Cloud Support, and Collaboration technologies.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Basic understanding of networking technologies.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Academic background in Computer Science or related fields is desirable.
Work Schedule & Requirements:
- Candidates must be willing to work night shifts, early morning, or evening shifts.
- Standard day or afternoon shifts are not available for this role.
- The position is based in Gurgaon, and location change requests will not be entertained after onboarding.
- The job follows a 5-day in-office work model (not remote or hybrid).
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
