Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Develop, maintain, and enhance robust financial models for forecasting and decision-making.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with lenders, equity investors, and investment bankers for reporting and planning.
- Drive debt financing and equity fundraising initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day banking operations and relationships.
3. Accounting & Audit
- Oversee finalization of accounts in compliance with IND-AS and statutory requirements.
- Lead audits with reputed audit firms to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for domestic and international entities.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Corporate Laws, and IND-AS regulations.
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and statutory filings.
5. Reporting & MIS
- Create detailed presentations and reports for senior management, lenders, and investors.
- Demonstrate strong skills in Excel (XLS) and PowerPoint (PPT); familiarity with Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
- Strong change management and process improvement abilities.
- Previous exposure to due diligence processes is desirable.
