Job Summary:

AdaniConneX is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for its growing Data Center business in Mumbai. This pivotal role serves as the main point of contact between enterprise clients and internal teams, overseeing post-sales activities and ensuring a smooth, efficient onboarding and service experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data center operations, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, including operations, design & build, and service delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, aligning all internal and external stakeholders for seamless activation.
  • Oversee daily service delivery performance, ensuring all SLAs (uptime, availability, response time) are consistently met.
  • Handle escalations with urgency, coordinating across teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Organize regular client review meetings to discuss operational performance, address concerns, and reinforce relationship value.
  • Maintain complete visibility into contractual obligations, project milestones, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate service change requests or upgrades, such as additional power, racks, or access, with internal departments.
  • Lead internal preparations for audits, executive visits, and other key customer-facing interactions.
  • Monitor and track all customer tickets and incidents, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and reports detailing account health and operational metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.

Professional Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in customer success, account/program management, or service delivery within data centers, telecom, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of data center infrastructure, operational best practices, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage enterprise clients effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
