Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team consistently meets KPIs and SLA requirements.
- Work with onshore stakeholders to meet delivery standards.
- Collaborate with other GFS teams to improve work quality.
- Focus on increasing customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Maximize efficiency in cash receipts and invoicing functions by introducing new processes and technologies.
- Work with internal customers to provide necessary reporting.
- Maintain internal controls for cash receipts and invoicing.
- Assist in month–end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and closing AR Sub-ledger.
- Initiate calls on problem accounts.
- Provide performance management reports and highlight challenges.
- Lead and Monitor a Team of 6-7 professionals.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in AR and Collections, with 8-10 years in people management.
- Experience with Oracle and D365 is a plus.
- Strong people management skills with at least 10 years managing a team of 8-10 members.
- Commerce graduate with a major in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CA (Intermediate) is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is a plus.
SKILLS
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
- Exposure to ERP implementation.
